Talisman Condominiums was a window replacement and structural steel repair project in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle. 

 

The windows at Talisman Condominiums are a complicated and custom measured WAUSAU Window System that required specific measurements and shop drawings to place the order. 

 

Each residential unit’s entire deck window system was removed and replaced with a new WAUSAU Window System. In many cases, the structural steel in the building’s exterior walls was repaired alongside the window replacement project.
