This Renton Residence project was a complete house rebuild due to the extensive damages suffered as a result of fire damage. The home was redesigned, rebuilt, and upgraded from an older two-story home into a  new sprawling, one-story ranch-style home. The homeowners took the opportunity of very unfortunate fire damage to recreate and redesign their dream home.
