Situated on a pier over Lake Washington, Lakehouse Condominiums involved a variety of trades including McBride Construction project management to bring it all together. 

 

Residents of the building continued to reside, while the existing waterproof membrane was removed and replaced with a brand-new waterproofing system. 

 

While the new waterproofing membrane was installed, structural repairs to the existing concrete and the installation of a new ventilation system in the parking garage were made.
