Hooverville Bar electrical fire restoration

HOOVERVILLE BAR

This commercial building suffered a significant electrical fire in February of 2009.  As a result of the fire, many of the framing members and the roof were damaged. The entire interior had to be demolished and rebuilt, along with the roof and all framing.

The scope of work included removing all damaged or destroyed materials from the building, cleaning the building site, and then completely rebuilding the bar. Additionally, new roofing, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finish work throughout was performed.

After the completion of this work, the bar returned to its full functionality. What started out as an electrical fire resulted in the restoration and tenant improvement to create the Hooverville Bar that is in operation today.
