BAD BISHOP RESTAURANT
What started as water damage from a tenant above, turned into a complete remodel of the Bad Bishop restaurant in Pioneer Square, Seattle.
The project consisted of both working to preserve and repair existing finishes, including the existing wallpaper, as well as installation of new finishes which included new flooring and new kitchen equipment.
Of note was the installation of new HVAC and electrical systems for the space, utilizing the existing chases to install the new system while minimizing disturbances to the existing aesthetic.
