Park Avenue Condo 38

Unit Condominium

 

Park Avenue is a 4 story Condo slated for a total re-clad. This building consists of 38 units built on top of a pt slab with parking below. The exterior scope of work includes removal of the failed Exterior Insulation Finishing System and LP siding. This will be replaced with stucco and hardie siding. Replacement of vinyl sliding glass doors & windows. Swing doors at unit decks and patios are replaced as well. Downspouts will be reworked to get rid of the spaghetti like configuration. The unit deck repair includes slope of framing, raising doors and installation of waterproof coating and pavers. Re - roof is included as well. Interior repair consists of replacement of the hallway drywall and addition of code compliant ventilation system for the hallways.

Stewart/Donkin Building

Ten-year-old Queen Anne mixed-use building with retail on the main floor and apartments above.

 

Water intrusion caused massive structural damage. Building defects renovation plus a contemporary exterior redesign resulting in a complete re-skin and update of the exterior from the original stucco to a combination of stucco and beveled siding. All businesses in the building remained open during the renovation.
