 Ken was born and raised in Seattle. He received his BA from the University of Washington in 1972 and his Masters in 1975. While attending the University, he was hired at Purvis Construction as a laborer and, from 1975 to 1984, he advanced to company vice-president. In 1984, Ken founded McBride Construction Resources, Inc. He has been married for 30 years and has four children.
Major accomplishments include industry-low employee turnover, a Safety Retro Program that is one of the State’s best with almost a half million dollars returned to employees, and over 16,000 completed jobs. |
