Chad's first employment with McBride Construction Inc. Started in 1999 as a field labor during summers and breaks while attending college. He graduated from Central Washington University in 2004 with a degree in Construction Management. After graduating he went to work for a Commercial Contractor for 4 years as a Project Engineer working on tenant improvements and shell and core projects. Chad also coaches youth basketball and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
